WORKSHOP FOR STUDENTS FROM BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG

On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the Faculty of Economics and Business hosted a group of 23 students from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Heilbronn, led by Professor Dr. Aliona von der Trenck.

On this occasion, the guests from Germany were welcomed with opening remarks by the Vice Dean for International Cooperation, Professor Saša Ranđelović, as well as Professors Goran Petković and Zoran Bogetić, who emphasized the importance of international cooperation and the exchange of experiences in educating future generations. Special emphasis was placed on linking academic knowledge with business practice, which provides students with opportunities to develop practical skills and successfully enter the labor market.

In cooperation with Planet Soft, a workshop dedicated to the application of the leading CRM platform Salesforce was organized for the students. Mr. Ivan Topličić, the company’s CEO, and Igor Ivković, a senior SAP consultant and alumni of our Faculty, introduced the students to the importance of this technology and the professional opportunities it offers, while also presenting the company’s development — from its founding in the region to its successful positioning in the European market, including the Serbian and German markets.

During the visit, a formal certificate award ceremony was also held for the participants of the Salesforce Summer School, which the Faculty of Economics and Business has been organizing for the fourth consecutive year in cooperation with Planet Soft. The program of this school provides students with valuable knowledge and skills in the fields of digital transformation and business analytics, further preparing them for contemporary challenges in the global labor market.
