WHY IMQF?
The International Master in Quantitative Finance (IMQF) is a one-year academic master programme in finance. Since its establishment in 2003, the IMQF programme has become a benchmark of quality in academic finance in South-Eastern Europe. The programme graduates are in great demand at leading financial institutions, companies, regulatory agencies and international organisations.
The IMQF programme provides a sufficient background for all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams, as well as for globally recognised risk management exams such as FRM and PRM. Some of the former IMQF students continued their education towards a PhD degree in finance or economics at major international universities.
We welcome graduates or young professionals who wish to develop their careers in the world of finance and related fields of economics, data science and computing. We are looking for candidates with affinity to quantitative and analytical thinking, irrespective of the degree they hold.
The IMQF programme schedule permits you to work a full-time job while pursuing a highly competitive master’s degree. The programme also shares some of the elective courses with three other international master programmes at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Economics (IMAE, IMBI and IMT), creating unique opportunities for networking and establishing connections with our local and international partners.
