Quarterly Monitor (“QM”) is the bulletin of economic trends and policies in Serbia, issued quarterly since 2005, by the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Economics and its think-tank Foundation for Advancement of Economics (FREN).
Mission of the QM is to increase the level of economic analyses in Serbia, to develop capacities for applied economic research and to provide independent, evidence-based, contribution to relevant policy discussions.
Editorial board of the QM comprises of professors, teaching assistants and researchers associated with the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Economics, while the QM also welcomes evidence-based articles from other reputable domestic and international institutions. Editor-in-chief of the QM since 2011 is Prof. Dr. Milojko Arsić. Before him, that role was held by Dr. Kori Udovički, Prof. Dr. Pavle Petrović and Dr. Diana Dragutinović. Executive editor of the QM is Dr. Saša Ranđelović.
