Prof. Aleksandar Stajković Appointed Visiting Professor

We are pleased to announce that, by decision of the Senate of the University of Belgrade and upon the proposal of the Academic Scientific Council of the Faculty of Economics and Business—specifically the Department of Business Economics and Management—Aleksandar Stajković PhD, professor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison (USA), one of the leading American universities, has been appointed Visiting Professor at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Economics and Business.

Prof. Stajković, an alumnus of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Belgrade, is recognised as one of the most distinguished researchers in the field of management and organizational behavior worldwide. His scholarly work has been cited over 16,000 times, placing him among the most cited economists of Serbian origin globally. He has published in the most prestigious international journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.

In addition to his outstanding academic contributions, Prof. Stajković serves as the Academy of Management’s ambassador for the Western Balkans, helping to strengthen academic ties between the region and the international research community.
