ACCA – OPPORTUNITIES FOR FEB STUDENTS
On May 21, 2024, the Faculty of Economics and Business in Belgrade hosted a guest lecture by Pavel Prohazka, representative of the ACCA organization.
The event was opened by the Vice dean for international cooperation Prof. Saša Ranđelović, and after that Mr. Prohazka presented the benefits of ACCA accreditation for our students. In this regard, it is particularly emphasized that FEB is the first faculty in the country to have a relevant global professional accreditation in the field of finance and accounting, which provides our students with an automatic exemption from as many as 7 ACCA exams (out of the maximum 9 F-level exams for which exemption is possible), which is the largest number of exemptions granted to faculties in Southeast Europe. This practically means that our students, by passing the difference of two exams, can obtain an ACCA certificate, and by passing the remaining 4 exams, they fulfill one of the conditions for obtaining official ACCA qualifications. Accreditation enables our students to take the remaining two F-new exams already during their studies, under more favorable conditions.
