Five years after the opening of the first AIESEC Office in the world, in 1953, AIESEC Yugoslavia was founded at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. During the following decades, the AIESEC at the Faculty of Economics helped opening other AIESEC offices in the country. Today, the AIESEC at the Faculty of Economics is not only the largest office due to the size of membership, but also due to the high quality and number of the hitherto results. This organization helps young people to develop their skills, such as: leadership, communications, organization and planning, project management and the like.
