She was born in Čačak, on 27th May. In 1997 she graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade. In 1997 she was a participant of the summer research program at the University Illinois in Chicago. She specialized in the fields of Algebraic Geometry and Mathematic Logic. She was awarded the scholarship by the WUS Austrian Committee. She got the MSc degree in 2002 at the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade and PhD degree in 2007 at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.
